Elem Cub Choir

Cub Choir is open to students in 3rd–5th grade who enjoy singing, performing, and making music together. Students learn harmony singing, ensemble performance skills, and music literacy while working together as a choir. Students may also perform using classroom instruments as part of select performances.

Cub Choir performs throughout the school year at school and community events, including the Elementary Christmas Program, city-wide Christmas caroling field trips in December, and kindergarten graduation ceremonies. Cub Choir meets once a week for one hour after school, with occasional additional rehearsals before performances when needed. Students participating in Cub Choir are asked to return a signed permission slip, have a parent or guardian connected through the Remind app for communication, and purchase the annual Cub Choir T-shirt.
